 Sustainability Coordinator (North Island)


PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: To implement, manage and improve business systems and activities relating to Health, Safety, Environmental and Sustainability in a manner that benefits business and workers alike as pert of the Sustainability team.

Position requires an open an “learning” style of working. Ideal person will work both as part of a team, for the best interests of the business and able to meet objectives autonomously. A high degree of trust is expected as line manager will most likely manage remotely. Continued education will form a small but significant part of this role, enabling the team and the person performing the role to grow and improve.

KEY ROLE ASPECTS: Workplace Safety, Environmental complinace (ISO14001), Business adminstration (including training and auditing).


  • Minimum of 3 years working in a co-ordination function, with multiple levels of stakeholder.
  • Experience as a Safety administrator or similar (important to understand current legislation and its impact).
  • Examples of projects that have benefitted safety in a positive way for workers.

Service Co-Ordinator

We are seeking an outgoing, customer service focused Service Co-Ordinator to join our expanding North Island Operation.

Whilst experience within the Refrigeration Industry would be advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.

This is a new role within our business and one that the successful applicant would be able to develop into an integral part of not only our Service Operation, but our entire North Island Operation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Matching services delivered with clients expectations
  • Monitoring and improving quality of total customer service experience delivered
  • Seeking and aligning with ‘like-minded’ potential customers who share the same sustainability ethos and culture
  • Providing timely resolutions  if and when required to both internal and external customer issues or concerns
  • Supporting existing management and service team, providing high quality proposals, quotes and other information for customers with the philosophy of ‘on time, every time’


Skills and Experience:

The successful Service Co-Ordinator is a results orientated person who is committed to providing the best possible services and results for both the Client and the Company.


They will have:

  • A minimum of 5 yrs experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong focus on ‘attention to detail’
  • Superb organisational and time management skills
  • Top notch follow up and record keeping skills
  • An analytical mind that can process multiple sources of information and articulate solutions they have analysed


Tools of Trade:

In order to accomplish their daily goals, the Service Co-Ordinator will need to be competent in the use of:

  • Computer, Microsoft Office Suite programs including Word, Excel, and Power Point etc.
  • Standard office equipment and general problem solving of same
  • Office, mobile phones and general telecommunication equipment
  • A current Full Drivers Licence
